Wire-Wrapped New Lander Variscite Pendant in 14k Goldfill

I have wrapped this gorgeous natural New Lander variscite stone in 14k goldfilled wire! New Lander variscite is a sister stone to turquoise and very similar to the material, and is mined in the same way. This material comes from New Lander county in Nevada. This piece would look stunning on anyone, whether worn alone or as part of a larger neck mess look! It is perfect for the collector of unique stones! It also would be an amazing birthday gift for someone with a December birthstone who would like a unique present.

Please note variscite is a soft and porous stone and should never be submerged in water. Please remove before applying any perfumes, lotions, creams, or ointments.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Over time, gold-fill wire may show some wear. Gold-filled wire is a tube of gold that has been filled with a base metal, (generally pure jeweler's brass), and the two are securely bonded together with heat and pressure. Each purchase from my shop comes with a complimentary yellow polishing cloth, which you may use at any time to polish your piece. (The cloth will still work even as it gets darker; do not wash the polishing cloth.) When polishing, try to avoid the stone so as not to scratch it. Please do not wear in the shower or pool. There may be small imperfections on the stone. I have done my best to photograph it fully.

Please do not manipulate or bend the wire around the stone, or push on the stone, as it may affect the integrity of the piece and cause it to become unstable.
