Shipping policy

Shipping is $5 for all domestic orders within the United States, or free for orders totaling over $130. International shipping is $18 to Canada. Currently not shipping to other countries. If you would like to add insurance to your order, please contact me via the contact form on my website prior or after purchase.

Please review your shipping address prior to submitting your order. If you see any issues with your shipping address, please contact me as soon as possible so that I may adjust your shipping label.

Once an item has been shipped and it is out of my hands, I do not bear any responsibility for the time it takes for the purchaser to receive an item, nor any damage to the item in transit. I do not have any control over the speed of USPS. Once a package is marked as "delivered," I can no longer be held responsible for it if the buyer has not received it. Please contact USPS directly if this is the case.

If an exchange or return is agreed upon with the purchaser, the buyer is responsible for all shipping back to Rush Brook Studio. The item must be received in its original condition with all original packaging.
