SHIPPING

Shipping is done through USPS. Shipping is $5 for orders under $150, free for all domestic U.S. purchases totaling over $150

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the USPS, I am not able to issue a refund for a lost package or mis-delivery. I am not responsible for the condition of your package when it arrives, as it will be packaged and shipped in excellent condition by me. The speed and direction of a package's progress through the postal system is not under my control nor is it my responsibility.

PAYMENT

Payment is made securely through Shopify. I do not have access to your personal credit or debit card information. Only certain personal information is available to me to ship your item. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your checkout. This information is not stored or shared with any third parties.

As a Rhode Island-based business, my work is unique and one-of-a-kind, meaning it is tax exempt for those living in Rhode Island.

RETURNS

Please feel free to message me with any questions you may have! If there is something wrong with your order upon receiving your package, please contact me within 7 days. I will accept returns within 14 days of receiving your package. I do not take responsibility for any normal wear and tear to this piece over time. Take care when wearing or handling to prevent damage to the stone. Thank you for your interest and support for Rush Brook Studio! I hope you find a piece you will love and wear for years to come!

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If an item is lost in the mail on its return journey to me, I will not be held responsible for the cost of the lost item or any shipping costs.

I do not accept exchanges or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale
